We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Long Term Care insurance, VA Aid and Attendance, Medicaid LTC and Veteran’s Administration authorizations.
VA benefits
Sandcastle is a contracted VA provider, which means eligible veterans may be able to receive home care at little or no out-of-pocket cost. We’ll walk your family through the options and help navigate the application — because those who’ve served deserve nothing less than our best.
We accept VA Aid and Attendance and Veteran’s Administration authorizations.
Medicaid LTC
Medicaid LTC covers a wide variety of elderly in-home care services, allowing those with limited resources to access professional in-home care with specialized in-home health aides. Plans such as:

Long-term care insurance
Long-term care insurance (LTC) is designed to cover a range of services, including caregiver support, personal care, and home health aide services.

Private pay
You only pay for the services and hours you require. As every client’s needs are unique, we will be able to give you an exact bill rate at the time of assessment. Please give us a call for a general range of rates.
- No minimum level of service: two hours a week or around-the-clock care
- No long-term contracts. With 24 hours’ notice, you can cancel service anytime
- We will send you an itemized bill twice a month
