Yes. Each one of our caregivers is required to be fluent in speaking and writing English, and we test to be certain. Though we require all of our caregivers be able to drive to and from their client’s homes, we do not currently provide transport services to clients at the moment. Our caregivers are however, able to accompany a client to/from appointments, errands, etc. if transportation is provided by a third-party (e.g. public transportation, taxi, Uber).
Depending on your needs, we can typically begin delivering care within 24 hours. Our goal is to always meet you and your family’s needs.
Another benefit of Sandcastle is that you only pay for the services and hours you require. As every client’s needs are unique, we will be able to give you an exact bill rate at the time of assessment. No! Whether you need two hours a week or around-the-clock care, we’ll build a plan around you.
No. With 24 hours’ notice, you can cancel service anytime.
Our caregivers are our employees, and we are responsible for their pay. We will send you an itemized bill twice a month.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Long Term Care insurance, VA Aid and Attendance, Medicaid LTC and Veteran’s Administration authorizations.
